Returns

If you change your mind for any reason, you may cancel your order from the moment you purchase and up to 14 days after receiving your items.

If your order has not been dispatched you will receive your refund in full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@florencemurphydesignstudio.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel. 

If you receive your item and find it’s not the-one for you, simply pop an email over to hello@florencemurphydesignstudio.com, to let us know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up, ideally in the original packaging and a return address will be provided.

 Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning an item you must use a tracked service. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition.

Incorrect or damaged goods

We hope you love your items but in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it's not what you ordered, pop an email across to hello@florencemurphydesignstudio.com with details and photos so we can get it sorted for you. From there, we will do all we can to make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any bespoke items.
